Role & Responsibilities:
  • Leads Global/Regional HR Projects transformation.
  • Lead HR overall leadership, management, direction and performance of the Employment, Compensation/Benefits, HRIS, Compliance, Employee Relations, Investigations, Organizational Development, and Training for ingredients business unit across SEA countries – Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Australia and New Zeeland, and Slovakia.

  • Solid professional experience from business with very high annual revenue up to a hundred billion THB approx., from financial institutions, insurance, telecommunication, retail, etc.
