Delta Launches 2020 Internship Program for Thai Students in Taiwan

Taipei, Taiwan, September 25–October 2, 2019- Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. held an orientation and interview for Thai students studying at six universities in Taiwan. The campus outreach aimed to raise awareness of opportunities Thai students in Taiwan and recruit members for the 2020 internship program at Delta Thailand.

Mr. Hsieh Shen-yen, Delta Thailand President and Ms. Sherry Lin, Delta SEA Region HR Head, led the program to the National Taiwan University, National Taipei University of Technology, National Chung Hsing University, Tam Kang University, National Chiao Tung University and Yuan Ze University.
At each campus, Delta met with faculty and students to discuss the opportunities for recruiting Thai students from Taiwan. Thai students who join the program can get excellent internship opportunities in a number of positions at Delta Thailand.

Delta Thailand is cooperating with universities in Taiwan to develop young Thai talent and helping them to adapt to the company’s global working environment before they graduate. Delta is supporting the interns with monthly allowance for expenses including accommodation, transportation and a round trip air ticket from Taipei to Bangkok.

The internship program already accepted around 40 applicants who attended an interview and are awaiting the final results to be announced at the end of November 2019.
