Delta Wins the Thailand Best Employer Award 2024 in 3rd Consecutive Year of Recognition in Employer Branding

Bangkok, Thailand, January 17, 2024 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. was honored with the prestigious Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2024 in the categories of Talent Management and Corporate Strategy in Line with Business. Delta Thailand was among a competitive pool of multinational companies in Thailand to receive awards at a ceremony event held by the Employer Branding Institute at the Athenee Hotel in Bangkok.

Mr. Chih-hao Huang, Delta SEA Regional CHRO, received the award on behalf of the company. “Delta is thrilled to receive this recognition for the third year in a row. We are committed to empowering our talents to unleash their full potential while providing opportunities for them to align their career goals seamlessly with the sustained objectives of our organization. This is the core mission of the Delta SEA HR team.”

The Best Employer Brand Awards offers recognition to organizations and individuals in several categories for both Excellence in HR and Excellence in Training & Development. The award jury selects applicants from a broad range of industries demonstrating human resources (HR) leadership for employer branding.

This year’s awards validate Delta Thailand’s effective strategy and actions that prioritize strategic talent management to enhance the overall effectiveness, growth and alignment of employees with the company’s business objectives.

Details of Delta’s two award categories include:

• Talent Management
This year’s project is called “Reignite Organization Effectiveness Success” and focuses on the organization’s ongoing talent management strategy in terms of learning and skills enhancement. Delta’s talent selection process focuses on identifying individuals to engage further in specialized talent development programs. Talents embark on a development journey that begins with specialized training conducted by experienced professionals to acquire additional knowledge, align perspectives, and formulate an action plan to improve organizational management and processes. In addition, the project aims to create a future-ready workplace where skills meet strategy, potential meets performance and employee aspirations translate into achievements.

• Corporate Strategy in Line with Business

Delta launched “Mindset Change Journey” activities to achieve the strategic goal of driving development in business solutions and fostering teamwork across different teams and regions. This strategic initiative focuses on instilling Delta’s core values through targeted training and a mentorship program to support the company’s long-term aim to instill the core values of: Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Inclusion, and Empowerment.
