Delta gets Ministry of Labor Recognition for Employee Health Promotion

Bangkok, Thailand, August 22, 2018 - Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. received a token of appreciation for excellent employee health promotion at the opening ceremony of the Health Promotion Workplaces Expo at Centara Hotel Chaeng Watthana. Ms. Nanaphat Sareethitivorachote, Delta HRD Manager, received the award on behalf of the company from Police General Adul Saengsingkaew, Minister of Labor.

The Ministry of Labor’s awards recognize Delta’s best practice in Healthy & Happy Enterprise (H2E) and encourage the company to continue its emphasis on promoting employee health. Delta’s HR Team led by Ms. Nannaphat and Mr. Youngyut Pakdoungjan, Delta Human Resources Development Director, conduct activities and programs to promote the well-being of all employees throughout the year.

Delta programs for a happy workplace include part-time work, continuing education classes and breastfeeding rooms for mothers. Company events to promote well-being include Sports Day, Charity Mini Marathon, Annual Health Check, Safety Week and Stop Smoking Day. Delta also has education campaigns to counter harmful activities like drunk driving and plastic waste.
