• Create process flow chart
• To design & develop jig, fixture & small tools for use in production line
• To design & develop the production process & create operation instruction
• To analysis & find out solution of the production process problem
• To implement & train new technique production staffs & operators
• To train assembly method of new product to production operators & staffs
• To improve productivity & efficiency by solve the bottleneck on production line
• Do time & motion study to improve standard time and reduce labor cost
• To improve & find out solution of quality in production line
• Early stage involvement of new products transferring team (project team)
• Create industrial layout & manufacturing layout
• Co-ordinate with manufacturing to set-up incentive program
• To do the assignment job according to supervisor

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or other related field
• Good command of both spoken and written English

Your main role is to:

•  Process arrangement of mass production for new product. 
• SAP routing maintenance and standard time creation. 
• Process improvement and analysis. 
• Production capacity improvement and production cost reduction. 
• SOP creation, training for shop floor. 
• Creating SOP and work standard. 
• IE tools improvement and introduction.
• Measuring and improving Line Balance, and producing flow chart.
• Evaluating the production capacity, manpower, and equipment needs of each model.

 Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or other related field 
• At least 2 - 5 years of working experience related field 
• Good command of both spoken and written English 
• Able communicate in Chinese would be advantage.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Program such as Power Point ,Excel ,Word. 
• New graduate are welcome. 

• Carry out daily audit on production operation according to operation instruction in pilot run line
• Perform quality audit in production process, sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Conduct quality audit for new model or re-run models, with reference to BOM and ECN
• Conduct critical material audit as per critical material check list
• Contribute to NPI QA department improvement goals

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or other related field
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in quality field
• Good command of both spoken and written English

Your main role is to:

• Assembly and verification of automatic equipment. Environment cleaning.
• Support and work on the task arranged by supervisor.
• Actively support for engineer to address the equipment issue.
• Application and scrap of fixtures and inspection tools.
• Take inventory and inspect the quality for purchased part and manufactured part.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or other related field.
• At least 2 - 5 years of working experience related field.
• New graduates are welcome
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Good Knowledge of PLC control automation machine design.

Your main role is to:

• Implementing quality control plans.
• Assisting in maintaining and adjusting quality inspection standards.
• Assisting in handling quality abnormalities and executing tracking of countermeasures.
• Assisting in training and coaching new engineers.
• Customer communication and account management
• Support reports to customer and managements
• Interface between customer and production
• Attend and lead customer telecon
• Assisting project planning and coaching execution

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical other related field
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in QA field
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Able communicate in Chinese/Japanese Language would be advantage.
